 Documents are scanned into the system, using the Customer Account Number as a key.  When the collector is working the account, and needs access to the original or supporting documents, he/she simply presses a DOCS key on the main Customer Management screen, and a screen is presented, with a listing of all original documents.  These documents can then be selected, viewed, printed, notated by the collector.
