Mr. Aschoff has over thirty five (35) years of sales, management and business development experience in the software, services and collections business. His involvement and investment came about as a by-product of his exposure to the company and products from an end-user perspective and as a consultant. Mr. Aschoff sets the vision and the goals of the company and works closely with the management team to develop the products and services offered by the company.

Phil is the senior programmer at CollectionWorks and is manager of software program development.

Phil started his career, with the company that would eventually become CollectionWorks, in 1987. Today, Phil works closely with the CEO in the design, testing, and implementation of all new development. Phil routinely participates in meetings with clients to gain first hand knowledge of the ever expanding needs and desires of businesses in many varied sectors. His understanding of business basics, honed over many years in management, make him a valuable asset to any business implementation. Phil works closely with our customer service managers to insure that they understand and can train on all the functionality within the software.

Renee oversees the collection department within CW Account Services, the collection division of CollectionWorks, Inc.

She works closely with the collection teams on compliance issues, client expectations, and most importantly client satisfaction. Renee is responsible for setting collector/office goals, monitoring file maintenance, and training on any new state and federal laws, such as FDCPA and HIPPA. Renee joined CollectionWorks 7 years ago with 24 years in the collection industry, 14 of them with Equifax collection divisions where she held leadership positions in collection management, portfolio management, developing and implementing company-wide monitoring methods, performance resolutions and audit processing.

Mrs. Armentrout has extensive experience in the management, support, and product development of the receivables management industry. Over the past 17 years, she has utilized her experience in managing collection departments to cross over into technological innovations to increase receivables for internal billing and collection departments, and outside collection agencies.

Her solid understanding of the receivables industry coupled with development of strong client relationships has allowed her to provide stellar client support in North and South America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Her passion in creating effective technological solutions prompted the startup of Wyngate Associates, LLC. With the backing of top-notch developers, Wyngate is providing solutions in all areas of receivables management as well as custom solutions in data reporting and analysis.

Mr. Burton Crapps Jr (BJ) has been responsible for the support and delivery of technology solutions to clients in the collection software and services industry for the past 12+ years. He has a solid understanding of the requirements of delivery of services to customers in the collection and billing industry, with a special focus on technology, telecommunications and support.

BJ founded and managed Apex Technical Advisors in the Atlanta area from 2003-2007 and guided the company to provide independent consulting and technical support for small to mid-sized businesses. The startup motivation was driven by customer requests for a dedicated network solutions company that could provide specialized LAN/WAN/VPN and telecommunications implementation and support on a 24/7 basis.

BJ has worked in various levels of IT, project management and operations in different size companies. He has also owned and managed a technology services delivery company and managed the operations and client services groups of several companies in the accounts receivable and credit management software and services industry. BJ has a deep experience in delivering software and service solutions, including dialer and networking technologies that are critical to the latest total solutions delivery model.

Mr. Melvin has been a developer of innovation and technology in the collections and recovery IT field since 1990. He has been instrumental in developing cutting-edge collection software technologies that have been well-accepted and adopted globally in collection agencies, banks, telecommunications companies, micro-finance companies and more.

Mr. Melvin has been a core part of the current CollectionWorks team for more than 15 years, and has contributed to our understanding and position in the collection and receivables management market. He has provided direction, loyalty and input which have helped the CollectionWorks team build collection solutions in multiple segments of the industry, and across multiple platform requirements.

Mr. Melvin will provide strength needed by the CollectionWorks team to ensure that we stay on the edge of innovation and bring our clients the latest and most efficient in methodologies and procedures. His knowledge of predictive dialing technology, collection solutions and client needs bring a strong advantage to CollectionWorks success.
